the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was.
i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay.
our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and people on this huge property.
this hotel and property has alot of potential and wish to see it be better

"The hotel is in a great spot. The grounds and access to the beach is amazing. Food was good and staff were accommodating. The rooms are slightly dated and the room we stated in was damp bu the hotel did offer to move us. I would stay again despite this and have booked to return for later in the year. ..."
