I hated i had to unload my luggage and take to my room. Then drive 1/4 mile to park and walk back. Also, I asked for a receipt and was told they couldn't give me one. I called. It was supposed to be emailed, but 3 days later, I am still waiting. The pool was fairly clean... hottub had scum, however everything else seemed extremely clean.
