It was very clean and well kept with some fun upgrades like colored side lights in the bedrooms and a shower with multiple sprays. Our only caution is to be careful pulling into the driveway, because of the steep incline and some street erosion it was a little tricky to maneuver.

My husband, two kids (8 & 11) and my parents stayed at this nicely renovated home for WVU Family Weekend, and we all really enjoyed it! The property is clean and has been very nicely updated, the bedrooms are all a good size, yhe beds are comfy, and it has beautiful bathrooms and showers that contained full body wash & shampoo/conditioner dispensers in each - there are plenty of towels and linens on hand as well. Having spent the earlier part of the week in Pittsburgh for work, I had to meet my family from VA at the property upon checking in so I wasn't as prepared as I would normally be with our essentials (ie: water, coffee etc) so we greatly appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing K-Cups/creamers/sugars and to-go cups for our morning coffee. The only challenge we encountered was the steep driveway when parking for tve night of which the owner is currently working to repair. Otherwise, it was a wonderful weekend stay and we’d definitely recommend this property to families with children ages 7, and we would stay here again in the future - it's a very quiet neighborhood and it was just a quick 5 minute drive downtown to visit our student on campus. The host is friendly and responsive, and it's clear that he put a lot of thought into ensuring his guests have everything they need for a comfortable, stress-free stay!

Our stay was delightful! As a single mom it was nice to have all the bedrooms on one floor with space downstairs to keep the kids busy late at night or early in the morning. The bedrooms were very spacious and nicely laid out and the bathrooms definitely exceeded expectations. The house was very clean and organized and the linens were fully stocked.

We had a wonderful time in Morgantown, WV. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and big enough to have company during the day. My son and the boys really enjoyed the game room! The house is newly remodeled and kept very nice. The owner was quick to respond for questions.

Nicely renovated, clean, with many thoughtful amenities. Anthony was an excellent host, always quick to respond. The game room is a lot of fun for kids! The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! We will stay here again!

The home was nicely done and decently clean. It's centrally located to so many great things. There were no towels provided in downstairs bathroom as stated, a decent amount of ants in kitchen, and the driveway proved to be challenging being on side of mountain and partially broken, be cautious if you have a lower car. Despite following all the host rules/instructions we were met with a request for more money. Which is my point of contention, the day after we left the host requested an additional 50 cleaning fee despite already paying 150 cleaning fee and 60 damage insurance required to stay all because we used an extra quilt from unlocked bedroom closet, even after reaching out about the downstairs being extremely cold. There was nothing in listing stating we weren't allowed to use this and there was a separate locked room things could be kept in if they were off limits. I find 50 over a blanket very unreasonable.
