Smoking is permitted only on the beach or by the fence along Fort Macon Road, away from all common areas, including the gazebos. • Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community. •A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply. 2\. PET POLICY •Dogs only — no cats or exotic animals. • One (1) well-behaved, non-aggressive dog under 50 lbs may be approved with a $100 pet fee. • Prior approval is required. Please provide your dog’s size and breed. Vaccinations and flea prevention must be current. • Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund and/or a $200 additional fee. • For stays longer than 30 days, a $100 monthly fee applies. ☞All animals must be housebroken and not left unattended unless properly crated. OCCUPANCY POLICY • Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted. •The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest. •All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in. 6\. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required. 7\. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred. 8\. Had a great stay at this condo for Labor Day weekend. Very convenient access to the beach and just perfect for the 3 of us. Property was as described, clean, easy check in, great location close to the beach. We got lucky and had beautiful weather, ocean was gorgeous. Good size condo for 2 ppl, even though there’s a pull out couch would be a bit small for more than 2 people. There was enough in the kitchen for us to be able to cook most nights we stayed also.
