The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, to include a queen bed, double/full bed, and 2 twin beds. The 2023 remodeled kitchen is equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee maker (k-cup and drip pot), dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster oven, slow cooker, pressure cooker, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, and much more. The living room has 2 sofas, large Smart HDTV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc), Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 6, and has two reading chairs. The utility room offers a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath off the master bedroom and a full remodeled 2022 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower that is ideal for hot days and after fun at the beach. It is also not far from a gorgeously moody historical walled cemetery that is shaded by singing cicada filled live oaks that were just dripping with lacy fern fronds.
