The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

A beautiful property! Everyone was kind and welcoming, very helpful. The rooms were tight but tidy; breakfast was expansive and delicious. The pool is well-maintained and well-staffed. The shuttle bus into the city is incredibly convenient and runs nearly all day/night. My only complaint: the fitness center is very small and requires a reservation limited to one hour, and it does not open until 8:30. A lovely stay all-in-all!

Fabulous hotel with amazing pool, hot tub, cold plunge. Great breakfast included. Family suite is very large and great for family of 4. Definitely would stay again.

This is a great choice on the beautiful waterfront of Naples. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property was well maintained and extremely clean. Views from our room were spectacular. We were close to many restaurants and had a lovely walking path along the water.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!
