The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrianized rural location in the district Hatshausen. Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich. The Fehnlandschaft Moormerlands is characterized by canals, Wieken and the Fehn-typical bascule bridges. Signposted cycling and hiking trails amidst a great natural landscape want to be explored on foot, by bike or by boat. A tourist highlight is the Ems barrage in Gandersum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet, ein Gefühl des Willkommens strömt aus jeder Ecke. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht verlassen. Die Vermieter standen für Gespräche und Anregungen zu Urlaubsaktionen zur Verfügung (fragen Sie unbedingt, wo es die besten Fischbrötchen gibt 😊 ). So entdeckte ich auch Orte die mir sonst entgangen wären. Ich muss sagen das ich mich schon lange nicht mehr so entspannt und erholt gefühlt habe. Auch das Auschecken, lief ohne Komplikationen und mit einem freundlichen " Bis zum nächsten Mal." Diesem komme ich, auch wenn ich heute noch nicht genau sagen kann wann, bestimmt nach. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Ein Ort weiter gibt es alles zu kaufen was man braucht. Es folgten etliche Urlaube in den Folgejahren. Nunmehr mal ein paar Tage zu zweit und es musste nicht mehr direkt in Timmel sein. So fand ich diese Ferienwohnung. Die bisherigen Gästeeinträge ließen schon keine Zweifel an der Entscheidung aufkommenund was soll ich sagen, sie wurden voll und ganz bestätigt.
