"Great unit. Pet friendly and awesome location"

"The lady on the phone had been nice enough to move our dates after we had booked the wrong dates. When we arrived. We were assigned apartment 3. Big stench hit us when we opened the door. The couches were so gross. There's a white board and tables stack on each other. There's also a projector. I think this used to be a conference room or something. It smelled like noone had stayed in there for a while.....a stale/mouldy kind of smell. The linen also feel very cheap. Beautiful views when you go to the side of rhe porperty thoigh. We couldn't stay there daily because of the smell and yucky couches and we explained our situation and unfortunately there's noone onsite to oversee or assist. They knocked back our request for a refund. We drove back to Cairns and spoilt ourselves at the Hilton"

"We stayed in the hotel twice, the first room we stayed was really cleaned. But the second time, not really happy. The bathroom was dirty, did not look like it was cleaned. I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels. The teaspoons were still dirty(not washed), cups were dirty too. The beds were changed, everything is dusty. Hope they will do better. It’s a shame the location is really good. "

"Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended."
