The views from the balconies were beautiful. The beach access was steep but I think that is to be expected. Check in was super easy and check out was even better. "This was our third visit to Ft. Awesome and it was great once again. Everything was super clean when we got there. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed - cookware, dishes, appliances. The view from this house is amazing. Every morning was a treat to grab a cup of coffee and just enjoy the view and the morning air. Same thing in the evening with remarkable sunsets. Our host was easy to contact and was very responsive. We look forward to visiting again."

"Host was very responsive to our needs (replacement key to the game room, not enough towels). House is well laid out for a big family vacation. Yoga studio and pool table room add nice bonus space to separate from each other. Hot tub is really nice. Showers are weird. Third floor only has a tub. Second floor has a tub and a very low shower head. First floor has a stall with a low head as well. Nice location easy access to Newport and a nice hike down to the beach. Kitchen is pretty well appointed."
