It is the ideal base for a family or friends who want to explore the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore. On the ground floor, there is an attractive sitting room with loft-style unplastered brick and stone walls and a charming tiled floor. The sitting room is furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. French windows lead directly onto the garden. An open staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. The airy kitchen/dining room is down a short flight of steps and is decorated in a similar style with partly plastered walls and contemporary/rustic furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Plus a large dining table with 4 chairs. Double doors open onto the terrace. Outside, guests can relax on the patio, which is furnished with 4 comfortable chairs and an additional dining table. Sleeping Bedroom: The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level above the kitchen. It is furnished with a king-size double bed and hanging rail and has an en suite bathroom Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a single bed. Es gab eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Schlaf ist so gut wie unmöglich. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage.
