Monument Valley is an awe-inspiring place, especially at sunrise and sunset. To be close to these views, you need to stay at Gouldings or The View. Based on my experience, I would recommend The View hotel.

"WOW, the best sunrise ever. When I came back form dinner, there was a load low frequency hum. I found that it was my cabin. The cabin was shaking. We could not stay inside. We sat on the porch for a while. I finally determined it was the AC. I turned it off, then back on. The hum and the shacking ..."
