Monument Valley is an awe-inspiring place, especially at sunrise and sunset. To be close to these views, you need to stay at Gouldings or The View. Based on my experience, I would recommend The View hotel.

"The Queen bed room was excellent with great views from the terrace, great to sit out at night with a bottle of wine and the stars. It was very clean with a fridge and coffee maker. Parking was right outside the door."

"The owner has truly thought of everything when setting up these cabins. Immaculately clean and located in a place that is convenient to the hwy but super quiet.I have stayed in palaces and 5 star plus hotels, this ‘off grid’ cabin offered more amenities than some of those places, fully stocked coffee ..."
