The appliances were dated but functional and satisfactory. The dining area was a little proscribed, but not a fatal flaw for our group. Sleeping accommodations were adequate and access to the museums and parks was wonderful. GMH provided a basket of goodies such as coffee pods, granola bars, and s'mores, which was a nice touch! The rooms were all clean, as were the kitchen/dining and bathroom. The communication from GMH was very good, but I was out of internet/phone range so I did not receive all the messages until after I had arrived. ...not to worry, GMH made thoughtful arrangements for my family and me to check in etc and everything turned out perfectly.
