Nice view over the valley from the balcony, however further from the slopes than I was expecting. Not very clear where the accommodation was in the village, had to check with Tourists information. The check in was more difficult than it should have been, with different codes for the appartment block and the door, but not made clear until afterwards. Used the tourist information to obtain the details and they were very helpful.

Compact and functional, comfortable and stress-free, recommended. Circa 10-15 mins to the main lifts, access via path up the slope above the bus stop; or walk up to the beginners slope button; or jump on the free ski bus if you'd rather not climb a bit. Hearty thanks to Nicole for a braw week.

Beau petit studio, bien emménagé. Balcon plein sud tres agréable. Residence récente, tres propre, tres calme. Casiers à ski de taille XL.Mais parking pas pratique (en pente) quand le sol est enneigé ou gelé.Vrai bemol : le teleski manessier est à 10 minutes en chaussures de ski et par un chemin enneigé / gelé.Tout le reste offre une prestation de qualité. Séjour du 7 au 15 février en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement qui était conforme à la description de l’annonce, propre et disponible dès notre arrivée en station.Petit bémol sur la parking très très glacé nous aurions apprécié qu’il soit entretenu afin de pouvoir accéder plus facilement au logement à pied et également y garer notre véhicule.Communication très fluide avec la propriétaire.

Dans le bas de la station, au calme et loin de toute circulation, ce petit studio est agréable car très lumineux et disposant d’une très belle vue sur la vallée et le versant opposé des Arcs.Tout y est pour le confort du séjour.

Appartement très agréable au calme

L'appartement est très agréable. La salle de bains semble avoir été refaite récemment. La vue est dégagée sur la vallée. Surtout, on jouit d'un grand calme, idéal pour se reposer : pas de fêtards ou d'engins de déneigement pour troubler son sommeil. On est un peu excentré par rapport au centre station, c'était clair dès le début, le plus pratique est de se synchroniser sur les deux navettes qui passent chacune toutes les demi-heures, et dont l'arrêt est proche du logement. Amélioration possible côté stationnement ? Le parking de la résidence est en pente, avec possibilité de verglas vers le bas, peut-être serait-il possible de saler/sabler plus ? Cela ne ternit pas la très bonne impression d'ensemble.

La location était propre. L appartement est idéalement situé dans la copropriété, du coup aucuns bruits aussi bien la nuit que la journée. La barrière du lit à l entrée demanderait un coup de neuf. Convient pour une famille avec jeunes enfants.

Magnifique séjour

Studio idéalement placé avec une vue splendide sur la vallee et les monts enneigés proche à 6 minutes pied du téleski du Manessier, possibilité de prendre la navette gratuite (arrêt proche) pour se rendre aux Eucherts, sentiers pietons également. Très calme, fonctionnel, lumineux, propre, nous avons passé un tres bon séjour, nous reviendrons.

Studio à La Rosière Résidence Gentianes n° 29

A 300 m du teleski Manessier. Arret de bus navette devant résidence. Quartier Le Gollet. Petit Studio au 2ième étage parfait pour 2 personnes, pour 4 c'est un peu petit. Nous étions 2 très bien. Salle de bain petite mais ok avec douche et radiateur chauffe draps de bain pratique. 2 Lits 1p superposés dans couloir, 2 lits 1p canapé dans séjour. Belles vue sur vallée. Pas d'ascenseur. Casiers à ski. Parking extérieure en pente, si pas de neige ou glace ok. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le parking car trop de neige et glace, nous avons garé la voiture dans la rue. Parking glissant aussi pour piétons si il y a de la glace. Bon rapport qualité-prix, nous recommendons ce logement et revenons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nicole nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux ( malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée ). La description était conforme à nos attentes. Le studio n'est pas très grand mais fonctionnelle avec de multiples rangements. Nous avons pu passer de très bonnes vacances avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. La résidence est bien placé et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique vue depuis balcon. En résumé un très bon rapport qualité-prix que nous conseillons les yeux fermés.

Appartement avec de nombreux problèmes. Plaque électrique avec des boutons sans indication de chauffage , tringleries de rideau cassées , inpossibilité d'ouvrir en grand le réfrigérateur , pas de lumière ni de hotte au dessus de la plaque électrique . Radiateur électrique qui fonctionne que sur une moitié et manque de prises électriques . Sinon , appartement calme et bien situé .

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour à 2 dans ce studio très bien situé à 5min à pied du premier téléski. très belle vue sur les Arcs. Bien prévenir la personne avant votre arrivé car nous avons dû attendre 45 min que la personne arrive pour les clés car personne sur place. Je reviendrai surement dans ce logement mais en couple, pas en famille car très étroit.

Nous avons passé , mon épouse et moi, une semaine extraordinaire dans ce studio. Au calme sans être loin du centre, ensoleillé, avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la vallée de la Tarentaise et les montagnes, avec un grand balcon plein sud, je recommande tout particulièrement cette location à qui veut passer un bon séjour à La Rosière. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la Rosière. La personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clés s'est montrée arrangeante par rapport à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement fonctionnel et confortable et avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la résidence. C'est un hébergement que nous recommandons.
