DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER:  
Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Please see our great reviews or message me with any questions or concerns.

 The owner has taken extra time to make sure you have everything you need or might have forgotten. Our group had grandparents to teenagers and dogs. We all enjoyed the amenities and had a great time. We will stay again if in the area.

#### Wonderful place!!

Wow!!! We were impressed with this VRBO rental. The owner's attention to detail made us feel like we were at our own home! We had good communication with the owner, easy check in/check out process and lots of extras (toothbrush, hairspray, sunscreen, etc) that we normally don't see in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and everything was up to date. Also, there is a great outdoor area to enjoy. I would stay here again!!

Such a welcoming environment! The kids loved the candy, which was there with a Welcome note. We all enjoyed the various places, the fire pit, the BBQ, and everything else. All drawers contain the information you are looking for, and your home is neat and clean. I would love to rent it again. I would give 10 out of 5, if I could!

This was a nice property for a small group. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old and 4 month old. We had all the kitchen amenities so we were able to cook, and full laundry room was nice. Nice front yard to play yard games too. Very comfy!

The home was adorable; it was clean and had every thing we needed for a trip away from home. Close to town for when we needed something and close enough to the San Juan Mountains for our adventure. A perfect place to stay for 3 weeks while we move to Montrose. All the conveniences of home Toni was available to fix a TV issue which was appreciated The yard was perfect for our dog. The location was perfect for the activities associated with moving and a long term stay

#### Jeep Adventure 2024

We used this as our home base for exploring trails near Ouray. This home was a much better value than anything we could find for 4 adults in the Ouray / Telluride areas. The home was clean and well equipped. We appreciated being able to use the garage and felt comfortable leaving items behind at the house that we did not need for the day. Even the sofa bed turned out to be comfortable.

#### Hotels suck in Montrose

We chose a VRBO when going to watch our son compete in high school golf state championship because the hotels are awful in Montrose. Our rental was home a way from home with all the amenities we’re used to. Also we got to bring our dog which he enjoyed the beautiful front yard. Home was very clean and owner was very quick to respond.

Very clean. Cozy and comfortable. I liked the labeling on the cabinets and drawers. Was in town for daughter’s wedding as were other family and friends. Would’ve liked to had them over to see the house but the parking was limited. (Only downside). Other than that,a great place to stay.

#### Comfortable Home

We were very comfortable as we only stayed 3 nights and weren't in the home very long. We were in town for a wedding and were visiting with friends or attending events most of the time. There was a nice yard and outdoor patio with a grill but none of them were used. The only thing I would improve on is a dresser in each room as the closets were small and none in 1 bedroom. The rooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a little more cleaning but we didn't use it much.

#### Perfect for us

We come to Montrose every summer yo visit family but this year we came to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday. Lots of out of town guests so we all had to find places to stay. Thankfully I found Toni's property. My family stayed in the one unit and my brother and family stayed in the back unit. Our property was exactly as described. An older home but most importantly it was clean, spacious and a great host. That is all I ever want in a property. It doesn't have central air like her other unit so the coolers were loud and running non stop but mainly because Montrose had record breaking temps the week we were there. That normally wouldn't be an issue since Montrose weather is normally perfect. Overall we were super pleased with our host and the property and very thankful for all the little touches she added to make the stay perfect. Thanks Toni!!!!
