"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. All members of staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Bedroom clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom and shower very clean with nice toiletries and soft towels. We dined in Blair’s restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and meals were delicious. Great choices and plentiful for both. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money too "

"Room wasnt ready on arrival (we arrived after check in time). The staff were pleasant. Our room was simple and tidy but the bathroom was in a poor state of repair - decided not to use the shower because of this. "

"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"

"Fantastic accommodation; spacious but cosy and comfortable ; weather didn’t allow for lounging on the substantial terrace friendly and diligent staff who clearly want you to enjoy your stay Food was as excellent as the service was faultless ; quality dishes with understated imagination Didn’t get a chance to use the spa or gym so can’t vouch for those Wish we’d booked a 3rd night’s stay"
