There is a bedroom with a brand new queen bed, newly remodeled bathroom, full kitchen, large living room, and a bonus room with a futon and large closet space. Washer and dryer are available in bonus room. Your pets are welcome, and there is a small private backyard, as well as a larger fenced in common area right out your door. Neighbors or fences are quite close so we kept our blinds closed for privacy's sake. The backyard is tiny and gravel not grass. The interior is cute and trendy. We used the laundry area as a dressing room as the bedroom is tight for two. The laundry has a closet and a futon to put a suitcase that made it work. We were out all day and came home late, so we didn't spend much time in the unit. We appreciated the air conditioning and the great water pressure.
