- Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and spacious close to downtown. Minutes to the Ceres/Dog Park and Riverbottom Park. You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. It's walking distance or less than a minute drive to the Uncompahgre River. You can take a hike or ride bike on Uncompahgre River Trail. If you hike going south on Ceres Park, you'll end up at the River Bottom Park and Montrose Water Park. The park has picnic area, playground, fishing area, water sports, hiking, biking and skateboard park. It has everything for everyone to enjoy.
