Tout en étant retirée et privée, la location est à cinq minutes des commerces du village et à dix minutes de Montrichard qui offre une plage sur le Cher. Très bien localisée, les châteaux de la Loire et autres activités sont facilement accessibles en moins de 45 minutes. La maison troglodytique est charmante, bien aménagée et bien équipée.
