The villa is located in the lively Little Italy neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city. We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained villa. This villa is equipped with four comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats. The villa is also just steps from the beautiful Parc du Portugal, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, a picnic, or a game of frisbee. We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help. Parking in Montreal can be tricky. We provide two parking spaces here, and there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and towels are fresh and clean and we were so glad for the washer and dryer. As it was winter, we didn't use the outdoor space but look forward to that when we return in June. Thank you to Louise-Phillipe and his whole team for a great stay. ##### Janet M. We needed to scramble to find online a phone number for the management company (a phone number was not otherwise provided).
