Located only 20 mins from downtown Montreal. Guests have access to six private parking spots. There is lots of fun to be had at this property; whatever floats your boat from fishing all year round, potentially walking on the frozen river; enjoying river activity from the comfort of the bed, bird watching from the multi-level balcony and eating a delicious meal at the dining table while basking in sunlight. This property has two levels including a basement. •About Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in this house ，the first bedroom with a king size bed is at mezzanine, also has a big balcony. With floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light around this area, also you can enjoy the beautiful river view whatever you lying on the bed, or seating at the big table. The second bedroom with a king size bed is at the first floor, you can enjoy the sparkling river up close while lying on the bed, a dressing table is also provided in this spacious bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are at the basement, with a queen size bed and a double size bed respectively. •About bathrooms: There are four bathrooms in this house, the first bathroom is at the ground floor, with bathtub and shower. The second bathroom is at the basement, with shower only , laundry area is in this bathroom. Other spaces: Kitchen, dining room and living room are at ground floor. The backyard can be open dining space, we can also provide grill during summer. Guests have access to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and many open spaces to mingle.
