Clean room, need a new bed. It is very squeaky. It’s also very stuffy in the room with lack of air flow. It was a nice stay, although I feel it is very overpriced.
Great area to stay in. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. Subway is a 5 minute walk so you can get anywhere. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Also we hung out on the patio quite a bit in the evening and morning before we started our day! Would stay again if going to Montreal.
Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.

First off, this is NOT a traditional hotel, it is more of an ABNB. This was not a problem, but I dont think was clear on Hotels.com. The property is a stacked set of studio apartments, really. It is located in the “Latin Quarter”. The entire street is lined with restaurants and bars. It is a very festive environment, yet quiet inside. The furnishings were very modern and in like new condition. Since Hotels.com was basically acting as a “middle-man”, there were some small hiccups in terms of communication with the host. The host was responsive and worked to resolve the communications. We were in town for an athletic competition, so the local environment wasnt what we were looking for. But if you were visiting to have a good time, this location would be perfect. The inside decor was based on a cinema theme. Lots of cool posters, pictures from famous movies. That was well-done and quite entertaining. One important detail is in regard to parking. This was very difficult between availability and the fact that all signs are in French. Recommend coming in by metro, taxi, or rideshare. All in all, I would recommend!
Absolutely beautiful! There is so much space in the room and you are given a whole kitchen too. It really does feel like you are at home when you are there! And the price, so amazing. Best place I've stayed in by far! However, do not get lost! The hotel is allocated upstairs which means you have to go up the stairs with your luggage and then type in the code.

Everything was very new and very clean except the bathroom smelled of raw sewage
Property was very clean, easy check in and out, shopping is very close. Shopping and restaurants are literally a walk downstairs.

The hotel location is great, and really reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and there is laundry on site which is super convenient. The room however somewhat dinvy, there are numerous stuff marks on the walls and the bed frame was broken. I made several attempts to contact the host, however there was no reply to calls or messages

Was a great stay other than there was no where to put our suitcases/luggage. I would recommend getting rid of the huge mirror & clothes rack & instead put a long low dresser or long sofa table so luggage can be put on top or clothes put away during your stay. We appreciated that there was dish soap & dish cloth and sponge & even oil & salt & pepper as we did not find that on other stays we did in similar apartment style properties. Also maybe a couple more towel bars in the bathroom.
The images on the listing do not represent this property accurately. It’s a self check in property with no staff on site. The outside area is run down , wirh tubes and dirty water in the outside spa. It’s an old restaurant turned into a hotel on the cheap. Very disappointing and has affected my confidence in Expedia.

I’ll start with the main issue first. Check in process was horrible. The host had stated there is no front desk but they are available virtually via chat or call. Throughout the 4 day stay I made several attempts to call and text them but no response. I got Expedia staff involved and even they couldn’t contact the host. The price of the hotel was about cheaper than average for Montreal during busy season. So we had set our expectations accordingly. But despite that, the room was still a disaster. They gave us the room right next to the entrance which had a window that looks like a door, therefore other guests often knocked at our bedroom window thinking that the entrance was locked. There was also pungent smell coming from the washroom, likely some Stillwater issue in the toilet. The hotel is located above a restaurant with really steep stone stairs so not ideal for anyone with gait issues or if you need to carry a stroller up the very tight angle stairs. Here are some pros too: The hotel is located in the heart of Montreal close walking distance to downtown and old port, room was pretty big, and basically came with a full kitchen too, plenty of parking garages nearby that offer full day parking for around $15-30/day.

Upon arrival blood smears on shower door, hair and dirt on unclean sheets. Had to do my own laundry in the hotel as there were no backup sheets.
Walls are paper-thin. You can hear other guests direct conversations.
Property management was extremely irresponsible. Guests used hot tub un
Such a great place to stay! Central to everything, so many restaurants and coffee shops closeby. Such a lively part of the city. The other hotel guests were great as well. We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved the whole stay. Thank you!
