We have it all, comforts of home, and much much more! Large and sunny apartment featuring a private rooftop terrace with your very own hot tub on the terrace. Fast Wifi, professionally cleaned, lots of space. If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. We want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for everyone. Most guests are wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax! SPA CLEAN & SAFE RULES The hot tub is designated for responsible use. All children must be supervised by an adult. \- No food or drinks in the hot tub. No glass, cans or other debris in the hot tub. Nothing added to the water. There is an extra cleaning fee if we have to drain the water or replace filters because of foreign substances. \- Hot tub cover must be replaced on top after use, immediately. Use at your own risk and use responsibly. There are tutorials and tips easily found on Youtube to be informed about best practice. ✦ Spa & Winter Season Notice: Our rooftop spa is an amazing find, but because it’s fully outdoors, winter temperatures can affect how well it heats—especially during the coldest months when it’s near or below freezing. During these seasons, the spa is ideal for longer stays, as it may not reach full temperature for 1-night reservations. Feel free to use it anytime, however note that fall, winter, and spring rates are discounted since hot-tub performance can’t be guaranteed in colder seasons. 🚭 NO SMOKING Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, please step away from doors and windows. A cleaning fee of $450-900 will apply for any indoor smoking. NO NOISE COMPLAINTS Parties are not permitted. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for this, right next-door!. The apartment is designed with big groups in mind but there cannot be screaming, yelling, loud music that would bother neighbors. Unauthorized parties will result in a Losing your reservation, refunds, and additional cleaning fees. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A BIG PARTY let me know—I know hosts with property for this purpose. Please respect the neighborhood and observe quiet hours. NUMBER OF GUESTS All people coming to the property, including visitors not sleeping here, must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été globalement décevante.À notre arrivée, plusieurs éléments nous ont alertés :Propreté très insuffisante : moquettes tachées, sol marqué, odeurs persistantes de tabac (malgré l’annonce indiquant un logement non-fumeur). Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes…Canapé du salon inutilisable pour dormir : il ne s'agit pas d'un canapé-lit comme indiqué, mais d’un simple canapé malodorant, à l'odeur de cigarette et de pieds.Jacuzzi sale et inutilisable : l’eau était trouble, l’aspect général ne laissait aucun doute sur son manque d’entretien.Ambiance générale négligée : peinture abîmée, tapis usés, seuils et coins sales. Cela ne correspond ni aux standards attendus pour ce type de location et son prix ! Ni aux photos valorisantes de l’annonce.Sur le plan positif :Le logement est bien situé, à deux pas du métro Sherbrooke et du centre-ville, avec un emplacement de parking inclus.La communication avec le propriétaire a été réactive, bien que peu conciliante lorsque nous avons signalé les problèmes à l’arrivée.En résumé, ce logement pourrait avoir du potentiel, mais il souffre d’un manque d’entretien flagrant et d’un écart important entre l’annonce et la réalité.
