Also, the host was responsive, courteous, and flexible in accommodating last-minute check-in changes when our flights got delayed. Every time I needed something new like more towels, or a knife block, they replied by SMS within seconds. Only downside is the queen bed is small and too small for two adults. The duvet is not in a duvet cover, instead it's sandwiched between two loose sheets and that makes it uncomfortable. The pillows are also too soft, so for those of us who need neck support, it's not a great night's sleep. The bed is firm though, which is a plus for me. A/C is excellent, as is the heating, and the shower is great. The shampoos are lovely. The smart TV and WiFi connectivity are excellent. The location is slap bang in the middle of the Old Towns which is nice, although there are no supermarkets and it's full of massively overpriced low quality tourist cafes and restaurants.
