Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit. 7\. The guest is responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean their dishes, bring furniture back to its original spot, pick up their trash and bring it out. If a location is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required. 8\. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 9\. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur. 10\. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.). 11\. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined Check-Out time, guests will be charged $199/hour. This hourly fee doubles after 2h. The fee is applied at the start of the each subsequent hour. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance. 12\. In the event that we have a legitimate cause for concern, (including but not limited to: electrical or plumbing issues, presence of pets, smoking inside the premises, overcrowding, neighbour complaint for excessive noise or other serious reasons), the apartment may be entered by a member of our team, without prior consent of the guest, to ensure its integrity. 13\. We were in Montreal for less than 24 hours, and we had access to great food and all the major attractions we wanted to see. The apartment was very spacious and allowed everyone to decompress in between site seeing and eating. Did our own pub crawl and had fantastic margaritas at Manana, breakfast at L’Evidence was superb and Vera our waiter was amazing! The apartment was clean and charming with modern appointments in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved the terrace! We were within easy walking distance of many of Montréal’s attractions and cafes. Best of all, we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of a tourist trap - the neighborhood felt authentic. After all the walking we did, the front steps were a piece of cake! ##### Stefanie M. This was our third trip to Montreal to visit our son who attends McGill. This is a truly wonderful property, situated in a fabulous location between Le Plateau and the Latin Quarter, with wonderful restaurants and shops all around. Don't miss L'Evidence and Chez Jose for breakfast, Tin Tin Tacos for Mexican, Mamie Clafoutis patisserie a couple minutes walk to the right and delicious Brazilian Dulce Paradise bakery to the left! The Sherbrooke metro station is about a 7 minute walk. It was a 22 minute walk to McGill. The apartment itself was very well appointed, everything we needed, and had so much space! The stairs entering from the outside are rather steep, but that is simply Montreal. The terrace was wonderful, comfy beds, plenty of linens and all very clean. The pictures really don't do it justice. We would love to stay here again. One of our best stays by far! ##### Melissa D. A stylish, modern apartment with all the required amenities and more. More than enough space for my group, and the two bathrooms were very welcome and not common on other listings. The room that was made from an enclosed patio was a bit warm in the night as the AC did not work very well (granted Montreal was quite warm for the time we were there), and the flooring the apartment were dirty when we arrived , but other that that it is a lovely place that I would highly recommend. ##### Matthew d. Parking was a bit stressful with all the various restrictions on different streets that weren't necessarily easy to understand, but we lucked out finding free parking our second day there just a couple of blocks away.
