#### Probably wouldn’t stay here again 

Positives first: it was clean and the host was responsive. Street parking was available, once we figured out the signage. Things that were less than ideal: long set of steep stairs to access room, TV did not work, sheets were pilled so bed felt sandy, just offered us other sheets, but we were unable to find another sheet that fit. Neighborhood was sketchy, people smoking and yelling outside the window until 2-3 am.

#### Montreal stay

This is an efficiency room with use of a shared kitchen. The small common outdoor area needs significant upgrade as does the building outside. The large number of steps to get to the rooms need better treads that are fastened - current treads are loose and give a shabby first impression. There is no accommodation for handicapped which is not in the listing. A/C is needed as rooms are far too hot. Managing and cleaning staff do a fine job. Parking needs very careful monitoring as tickets cost 97 daily.

Easy to get to, pretty well located. Property manager was good to talk to. Not as nice as in the pictures (no fancy doors) but clean. The free parking is really street parking but we were able to find a spot without too much trouble.

Nice bright modern feel. Very comfy bed but had to ask for more pillows. The shared kitchen worked well. The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants and a grocery store and has a pleasant feel. Excellent value and would stay again.

The place was great for my weekend stay in Montreal. I generally like private places but was left with limited options during the long weekend. The room was big, clean, had a private bathroom/shower. Great place to stay if you just need to sleep/shower.

Me and my partner stayed in this shared apartment for 2 nights, it had a private very basic room for yourself with a code to get in and a own bathroom within the bedroom, it had a mini fridge that was a huge plus as the one you have to share in the kitchen was disgustingly dirty with rotting food and milk that had gone off. It’s perfect for those who need it only for a couple of days if you have no intention on cooking. With it being a shared kitchen we found that there was constant filth in the kitchen. ( there was a pan with scrambled eggs for 3 days and who knows how many days it was already there for and how many more it stayed after we left. Amongst other things...) There was lack of cutlery such as forks, knives, spoons, plates, mugs, etc. (2 of everything) Bearing in mind its an apartment with 6 bedrooms that fit 2 people in each! The very few items were always in the sink dirty till the next person needed them, if they even were there to have, as some people would keep them in their rooms to make sure they had it available for when they needed it. There’s no microwave, lack of pillows and sheets, you couldn’t turn the tempeture up in the room so we were cold. It could really use a bedside table for simple use and a little lamp so you’re not in pitch black trying to find your way back to bed when you turn the main light off. Location is great! Bus stop in to the city center just outside the apartment, walking distance to the botanic gardens and Olympic stadium. Taxi to the city was around CN$15
