Nice little warm and comfortable non-smoking apartment in a relaxed environment and a quiet neighborhood, and very close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped. Bedding through towels, washing machines and dryers to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook as you want, you will fell like home. And if you missed anything, we're just downstairs and we will be happy to help you out. We also offer travelers who arrive late in the evening to do some shopping for breakfast. Just tell us what you need and we will get it for you! The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The apartment was only accessible by spiral staircases, which I liked, but could prove a challenge for some. The residential neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe. I needed to park in the alley because of a recent snowstorm and I had no qualms about walking from the alley to the apartment after dark. The owner, who lives downstairs, was friendly and informative. I checked in late and he was super pleasant. It was very close to the market and some tourist attractions (such as the Olympic Park and Botanical Gardens). Mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt und freut sich später, in das angenehme Viertel Maisonneuve zurückzukehren. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Markthalle, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Valérie und Jean sind freundliche, sehr angenehme Vermieter. ##### Uta v. Nice apartment, with a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. It can be warm in the summer, but the owners have provided many fans to help keep the place cool. Jean and Valerie are charming.
