The only premium thing about this apartment is the address... Great location, close to the metro but that's about it. If you want to stay in an apartment that sounds like an airplane - look no further! The apartment is located on the top flor of a building that hosts multiple restaurants (amazing food and service btw) and due to that fact there is a constant loud humming buzzing noise from all the vents located on the roof above you... Main vent duct is located inside a wall that is shared with the apartment. It is so bad that at night all you can hear is commercial noise and vibrations that prevent you from sleeping especially if you're traveling with small children. The apartment also gets really hot due to the fact mentioned above. There is also a whole flight of stairs that separates the apartment from the elevator level so stroller or any wheelchair users will have a terrible time... The host is playing games and acts like they didn't know about all these issues... Huge deposit and hidden cleaning fee Do not recommend!!!!!

The apartment was beautiful. The location was amazing. We had two issues with our stay. First, the after-hours code for the building's main door didn't work on the first night. It took us a day to figure out the parking situation, and it meant two of us had to get up at 5 AM to move the car while one person stayed by the door in order to get back in. Not a big deal, but annoying. The next day, the initial Wi-Fi stopped working. The management company supplied a password to another network. A day later, that one stopped working too. Most of the units in this building are managed by another company that provides front desk clerks to their guests. This unit is not supported by them, but if it weren't for their friendliness, we'd have been out of luck. They supplied us with the password to their network, which worked just fine. We stayed for 6 days, and Montreal was amazing. We would probably stay in this unit again, even with the hiccups, but worrying about getting locked out on the first night and the Wi-Fi stuff certainly took time away from our vacation. Notes via Expedia and phone calls to the management company were a nuisance to have to deal with.
