It's close to a grocery store, bakery, and many restaurants and cafes and coffee shops. The property was very clean and as described. One feature the photos do not show is a little balcony off the front of the property off the living room. We enjoyed using the balcony. Two things that could use attention: it was difficult to cool down the bedroom at night. The air conditioner is in the kitchen but even with fans we couldn't cool the bedroom down. Also we had a slight safety concern as there's a back stairwell that leads to a door in the kitchen eating area. That door simply has a latch, not a keyed lock.
