Don't miss this sunny renovated house! The location is very convenient, drive 3 mins(walk 5 mins) to Champlain mall, drive 5 mins to dix 30, Champlain bridge, 10mins to Jean cartier Bridge, 15 mins to downtown Montreal.  
  
Walk 15 mins to REM.  
  
There are 5 bedrooms+2 bathrooms, the space can for up to 10 people, the big dining room perfect seats maximum 10 people, we also provide dryer+washer.  
  
The spacious private parking lane can park 4 cars.

5 bedrooms, first floor has 3 bedrooms, provide king size, queen size, double size bed separately. Another 2 bedrooms are on the basement, with queen size beds. Every bedroom has a closet.  
  
★Kitchen  
\- Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware.  
\- Includes utensils, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals.  
  
★Dining area  
There are two dining areas, open-concept layout that connects to the dining area and kitchen.  
  
★Living room  
  
The living room is at the basement, with a 75 inches TV and big sofa.  
  
★Bathrooms  
 2 well-maintained bathrooms, one is at the first floor, with bathtub. Laundry area is also in this bathroom. Another one is at the basement.   
 We provide essentials such as towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.  
  
★Backyard  
The big private backyard ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. We provide 4 seats open dining area. Also swimming pool is renovation , hopefully can be open during summer.
