The apartment was compact but easily accommodated our group, and was clean and had all the basics. The neighborhood was walkable, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We were 2 adults and 5 teenage boys and there was lots of space and beds for everyone. Sam was great at communicating so there were no surprises. Lots of restaurants in the area for food choices. Parking recommendations were nice to have and washer and dryer on site was very helpful. However, when asked to keep the place clean, it becomes very difficult to do so with no supplies in the unit. Personally had to purchase cleaning supplies, cloths and broom to tidy up on a daily basis. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was not apparent. Splatter marks all over the cupboards, the bathroom floors and shower were not clean as they seemed very stained or dirty. There were dead insects on the window sills, as well as a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Aside from the cleanliness, the experience was not all bad. ##### Mario C.
