Whether you just want to work and rest, or get all of what Montreal has to offer, Condo/Terrasse Atateken is for you. This charming condo has been legally welcoming guests since 2012\. Its success lies in its comfort, cleanliness, central location and level of service provided. It has everything you want from an urban pied a terre: a large, very quiet bedroom with a walk in closet and a TV, a cozy living room (that can be closed off and turned into a second bedroom) with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself almost any kind of meal, with an espresso machine and a dishwasher, a lunch counter, a dining room for more formal meals, a laundry area, and a furnished, private rooftop terrasse where you can unwind. Condo-Terrasse Atateken is located in a popular, quiet and safe downtown area. The property was extremely clean/well-maintained and gorgeous. Location was excellent, and the host was very responsive. The condo is in a fantastic location, just a 4 minute walk to tons of restaurants and bars on St Catherine, and close to everything else downtown. Our Host provided a very detailed map with so many ideas we couldn’t get to them all. The condo is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have every convenience. We loved staying at Réjean's place for our trip to Montreal. Being close to Rue St Catherine was a fun location (especially in the summer when it's pedestrian only), and it's so convenient with being a less than 10 min walk to the metro station. Réjean is an excellent host, great communicator. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants, grocery options, nearest ATM. The apartment is immaculate and quiet. I was surprised how close we were to "the action" because we did not hear anything. We appreciated the room darkening curtains for peace and quiet after a full day of site seeking. The listing states this, but it is important to note that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us but, as we get older, I think about that more often.
