Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.

The door lock is not safe if the code is known to others . There should be another safety lock for the guest when he is in the room .The shower jet is defective .The bed is not comfortable , it cranks
