Decent location. As a dog owner, we had limited options finding a pet friendly place. This was and had a park and dog park within walking distance. For the abled body, also walkable to Sainte Catherine (20-30 minutes) for shopping and food, subway/metro (10 minutes) amongst other areas. Grocery, and pharmacy just steps away. Nice little ice cream shop just outside the apartment. Entry to the apartment/unit by pin which made it very convenient for a group with varying plans to go come and go. A few nice to know before heading there which would have helped planning but nothing major from our POV. This unit is on the 2nd floor and no elevator. Communal laundry within apartment. We didn’t use laundry but it appears it may be coin operated. Otherwise most of the basics were available for use. We had one minor hiccup with the bathroom sink draining slowly, but host was quick to respond and fix based on our requested schedule. They also answered our other questions in a very timely manner.First time using Vrbo and host made it a pleasant experience. Would consider staying here again for our next visit to Montreal. ##### Don H.
