No Washer/dryer in the unit, although we did see a laundry sign downstairs. We didn't need it, so it was not an issue to us. The fridge door required a trick to close. The apartment (202) is through the door located next to the ice-cream place. We didn't read the instructions closely and had walked to the 2nd floor on the wrong side of the building while carrying luggages.
