A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped bathroom. The apartment is perfect for 4 people and has 2 separated bedrooms for added privacy. Rooftop terrace access from May to October, located only 10-15 minutes from downtown by metro or car. Beaubien and Jean-Talon Metro stations are located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. City parking is available in front of the rear entrance of the accommodation. \-------------- Additional Rules \-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas. \-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm \-The number of guests must not exceed reservation.
