With 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, it's the perfect apartment to accommodate 4 people. PRIVATE access to the rooftop terrace from May to October. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building \* stairs \* Beaubien and Jean-Talon Metro stations are located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. City parking is available in front of the rear entrance of the accommodation. \--------- Additional Rules: \-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas. \-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm The number of guests must not exceed reservation. \-This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors.
