It was necessary to walk to the owners address to obtain access to the apartment. A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. Bonne literie, on y dort bien. Climatisation vraiment appréciée, un vrai plus dans cet appartement très chaud en été. Propriétaire très accueillante et chaleureuse. Appartement bien situé, 5 minutes à pied (tout au plus) de la mer. Juste quelques suggestions : prévoir un petit rafraîchissement de l'appartement pour le mettre davantage en valeur, changer le fer à repasser qui est trop ancien. Sinon super séjour ! A noter que les goélands sont très présents au dessus de la résidence et au Grau du Roi en général. On les entend très tôt le matin. Bon à savoir pour les futurs vacanciers ! ##### Nadège C. La plage et le centre ville a porté de main Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.
