VÀldigt nÀra till stranden och bra med möjligheten betala för parkering i huset det Àr det vÀrt. HjÀlpsam personal men om man behöver duschcrem eller nya handdukar behöver man gÄ till receptionen. En Hotel Àr det definitivt inte sÀngklÀder hade vi hela veckan, bÀdda sjÀlv, göra rent och hÄller ordning ( tömma sop) i rummet Àr gÀsternas ansvar. Man kan tyvÀrr luktar i rummet om nÄgon röka. Bad var mögel i duschen. Ballong möblerna behöver bytas ut vi ville inte sitta pÄ rostiga stolar.

Paisible et top qualité prix

Appart' hĂŽtel que je recommande sans hĂ©sitation 👍. Parking payant dans la rĂ©sidence, Ă  proximitĂ© de tout, la mer est Ă  1min vraiment parfait ☀. Le personnel et les rĂ©sidents sont accueillants, trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix, appartement propre et spacieux (manque juste un sĂšche cheveux, une planche Ă  dĂ©couper et un cendrier Ă  disposition sur la terrasse) mais cela est vraiment un petit dĂ©tail. Nous reviendrons, et bon sĂ©jour Ă  tous les futurs voyageurs ☀đŸč🌊

Un séjour d'une semaine pour se relaxer. Accueil chaleureux,appartement spacieux et calme avec terrasse ensoleillée.Le parking sous la résidence est trÚs pratique pour la voiture. Restaurant de la résidence testé: personnel trÚs gentil et bon rapport qualité- prix. Un grand merci à JérÎme qui à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour encore plus confortable. Etablissement que nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Chambre propre et spacieuce intĂ©grĂ© dans une maison de repos pour Seniors. Cela n est pas annoncĂ© sur le site, mais ce n est pas trĂšs gĂȘnant. Faut juste pas compter sur une rĂ©ception H24, ni sur le petit dĂ©jeuner (contrairement Ă  ce qu indique Hotels). Parking sĂ©curisĂ© sur place mais impossible de rentrer directement dans l Ă©tablissement depuis le parking (badge nĂ©cessaire). J ai du ressortir du parking pour pouvoir rentrer...

Résidence avec beau potentiel, bien placé à Palavas. Accueil toutefois assez froid, chambre pas propre avec des aliments qui étaient restés dans un placard et ont moisi

Le bĂątiment est tout neuf et la chambre que nous avons reçue n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte (pas de lampes de chevet, pas de canapĂ©, pas de brosse pour toilettes, les skotchs du frigo tout neuf pas enlevĂ©s, Ă©quipement de la cuisine insuffisant, etc). C'est quand mĂȘme pas difficile de vĂ©rifier une chambre avant de la louer, non ? Ca nous a coutĂ© du temps et de l'Ă©nergie de rĂ©gler tout ça (on a dĂ» changer de chambre pour une nuit, qui Ă©tait moins bien situĂ©e, puis revenir dans la chambre de dĂ©part une fois prĂ©parĂ©e). Le dĂ©but des vacances gĂąchĂ©, mais nous avons quand mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour.

Pourrait ĂȘtre gĂ©nial mais...

Si on a la chance d'avoir un studio qui donne sur le patio c'est tout simplement gĂ©nial, surtout avec la plage Ă  2 mn Ă  pieds, mais... Studio trĂšs spacieux, avec une jolie terrasse, grand lit trĂšs confortable, salle de fitness accessible 24h/24, billard, local vĂ©lo sĂ©curisĂ©. Mais fortement dĂ©conseillĂ© pour un long sĂ©jour : il n'y a rien pour faire la vaisselle (Ă©ponge, liquide vaisselle, torchon ont du ĂȘtre achetĂ©s...), batterie de cuisine rĂ©duite au strict minimum, un super four mais aucun plat qui va au four, pas de tire-bouchon (un comble !), 1 seule table de nuit pour un studio 2 personnes, pas de tapis de salle de bain et pas de plateau de convivialitĂ© comme annoncĂ©, et juste un kit "beautĂ©" (gel douche, savon, etc..) pour une seule personne et un seul jour. C'est dommage parce que ça pourrait ĂȘtre une excellente adresse.

Donc obligĂ© d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre qui donne sur la route, avec camion poubelle Ă  5h du matin. × manque de mobilier/affaires : pas de torchon, pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas de nĂ©cessaire pour Ă©tendre les serviettes de plage × rupture disponibilitĂ© de serviettes Ă  partir de notre 2Ăšme jour, jusqu'Ă  la fin. × Rapport qualitĂ©/prix n'est pas au rendez-vous × Accueil rapide mais convenable. J'ai lu des commentaires disant Accueil chaleureux, je ne suis pas de cet avis, les personnes au bureau de la rĂ©ception, sont collĂ©s Ă  leur smartphone, avec Ă©couteurs quelque fois. Studio Ă  Palavas, Ă  2 pas de la mer.

Un séjour inégal avec des points positifs et du négatif dans cette résidence mixte (vacanciers et personnes ùgées) En positif : - ambiance paisible et cadre de vie agréable dans la résidence sécurisée - un appartement neuf lumineux et plutÎt spacieux avec une grande terrasse mais qui donne sur une route passante. - une salle de sport bien équipée - des espaces communs (salons..) agrémentés de jeux de sociétés, livres, billard à disposition - la situation trÚs proche de la mer (2' à pied) - parking sous le bùtiment et donc ombragé - gentillesse, politesse et efficacité de l'une des personnes de l'accueil - cuisine bien équipée Points à améliorer : - pas de clim ni ventilateur - manque de patÚres dans la salle de bain - une seconde table de chevet Nous avons rencontré un souci : la réduction Prix Secret proposée par Hotel.com n'a pas été prise en compte et à semblé surprendre le personnel qui a dit devoir faire une vérification auprÚs de sa direction (re transfert du mail de notre résa) sans nous apporter de réponse concrÚte durant notre séjour (6 nuits). C'est finalement la personne qui nous avait accueillis qui a effectué le remboursement à notre nouvelle demande le matin de notre départ .

Ruim appartement, op loopafstand van strand en ietsje verder van het centrum, geen zwembad, wel sportmogelijkheid. Geen airco. Keukenuitrusting niet te uitgebreid, Oa geen kaasschaaf, (blik)opener, schaar. Schoonmaak liet echt te wensen over. In 1,5 wk werd 0 x het bed verschoond, 0 x handdoeken vervangen of vuilnisbak geleegd. Op eigen verzoek hebben we wel nwe handdoeken en bedlinnen gekregen.

It was an absolutely beautiful apartment it looked like it had just been built yesterday. The apartment was a lovely size and it had a very spacious balcony to match. It’s about a minute walk from the beach The only down side I had with the whole place is the fact it had no air conditioning so the room got really hot when trying to sleep
