My husband and I routinely travel to France (two to three times a year) and often book apartments for 4-7 day stays through VRBO. We have had a lot of experience with such rentals. We rarely provide a 5-star rating. This apartment, newly renovated and maintained by the owner-hosts Evelyne and Guy, warrants 5 stars. It checks many boxes: cleanliness, quiet, extremely well appointed, furnishings that are comfortable and pleasing to the eye, fabulous view of the sea and the sailing port, location, and very easy connecting and communicating with the owners. We loved everything about Guy and Evelyn's apartment! Nice spacious bedroom, wonderful shower - smart tv, you name it and it was there. My husband and I had just spent 2 weeks in Provence which we also loved, but Sete was so much fun - and don't miss the walk on the promenade along the sea that takes you to the beaches, and a fun restaurant right on the beach - drinks and snacks on the sand just looking at the beautiful sea .......we loved every day we had in Sete in that great apartment. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet liegt sie im dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und es war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. The view from this third floor balcony of the harbor and the Mediterranean is second to none! The location is ideal to walk to restaurants and for accessing the bike trail as well. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Schlafzimmer zeigt auf den Hinterhof, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse hat einen super Ausblick auf den Fischerhafen, wo man den Schiffen bei der Aus- Einfahrt zusehen kann. Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist stark befahren. Macht der Strassenlärm einem nichts aus, ist die Wohnung perfekt, da man die Restaurants und Shops innert Minuten erreichen kann. Auch die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. ##### Christina W. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles vorhanden in der Küche und Bad, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig, nur auf dem Balkon zeitweise etwas Verkehrslärm. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Appartement lumineux, meublé avec goût, climatisé, une grande chambre avec literie en 160 très confortable, rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Le clou de cet appartement, c’est une terrasse avec une vue époustouflante sur le port, où nous avons dégusté les zezettes maison avec un petit vin offert par les propriétaires. Le marché typique, les restaurants, les commerces, la plage, les galeries, les festivals, le musée Paul Valéry : tout est à proximité à pied ou à vélo (mis à disposition) Nous reviendrons, promis , pour une promenade en bateau sur les canaux de Sete avec Guy, le propriétaire. ##### Verdier M.
