Beautiful contemporary villa with pool north of Montpellier, close to shops, 25 minutes from beaches and 10 minutes drive from the city center.

This large property offers space with its surface of 180 m² on a plot of 900 m². The equestrian center next door allows you to admire the horses on a daily basis and enjoy your holidays.

The villa is decorated with care and offers you a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, 2 Senseo coffee machines and nespresso, dishwasher, ...) of 70m² to share moments with family or friends. You have a master suite on the ground floor with a bathroom equipped with a heated towel rail, dressing room, a king size bed (180 * 200). An independent toilet.

On the floor you have 3 rooms among which 2 big rooms of 18m ². For your comfort the 3 upper bedrooms are equipped with large beds 160x200. A bathroom equipped with a heated towel rack is upstairs and a toilet.

The house is bright through large windows through. It is equipped with air conditioning on the ground floor.

To make your stay pleasant, you will enjoy a summer kitchen and all the necessary equipment griddle, barbecue, fridge, freezer, washing machine

8 sunbaths are at your disposal for lazing by the pool, plus buoys and pool games.

You can easily park in the property which can accommodate more than 4 cars.

The villa is located in the municipality of Grabels between the cities of Montpellier and Saint Gely du Fesc. Shops are close, many activities to do in the area (pedal, gate winery, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, cave visit, ...).

parfait pour visiter Montpellier et la région du pic st Loup

La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Malgré la température autour de 40 degrés celcius à l'extérieur, nous étions bien confortable à l'intérieur. Propriétaire bien disponible, check in check out super facile. Propriété à 5 min d'un stationnement incitatif avec tram qui mène en 15 min dans le centre-ville de Montpellier. Malgré la proximité du Centre Équestre, nous n'avons pas eu d'inconvénients. Nous étions 3 adultes et 4 ados et chacun a eu son espace. La terrasse extérieure et la piscine étaient parfaites. Le seul bémol que nous avons eu était une forte odeur provenant du terrassement proche de la toilette extérieure, odeur qui a complètement disparue après 3 jours. Odeur possiblement reliée à l'utilisation de la toilette exterieure qui nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisée, raison possible pour l'absence d'odeur au milieu de notre séjour. Très bonne localisation pour visiter le pic st loup et ses vignobles. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Séjour agréable

Belle villa avec de bonnes prestations, bonne localisation, commodités assez proches, bon point de départ pour visiter Montpellier et alentours. Nous avons surtout profité de l' espace extérieur et de la splendide piscine, même qu' elle peut-être assez fraiche. On a également apprécié la flexibilité d' horaire à notre arrivé.

Exigences à sens unique

Lorsque l'on exige des locataires un comportement impeccable, on se doit de proposer des services de mêmes qualités! Malheureusement, nous avons été déçus par cette location alors que tout augurait du contraire avant notre arrivée : descriptif de la villa, photos, deux visios avec le propriétaire, plate-forme internet avec les services possibles lors de notre séjour,... Exiger de ne pas mettre de la musique au bord de la piscine et de ne pas inviter d'autres personnes pour le voisinage alors que nous sommes le long d'une route, au dessus d'un couloir aérien les après-midis et à côté d'un centre équestre où le propriétaire a broyé des arbres les trois premiers jours, a passé son tracteur tous les soirs pour parfaire sa piste est un peu FORT (sans jeu de mot)! Une climatisation fonctionnant de manière aléatoire à l'étage et coulant au rez (heureusement que les températures n'étaient pas caniculaires), jongler avec des sceaux en veillant à les vider régulièrement afin de ne pas créer une piscine intérieure, était loin d'être le sport que nous avions rêvé de pratiquer en vacances! S'asseoir sur des planches de WC en se demandant la manière dont on allait se positionner afin de ne pas tourner avec elle (pour celle du rez-de-chaussée) ou se relever sans avoir le couvercle qui se referme sur le dos (pour celle du dessus), tout un art que nous avons réussi à maîtriser au fil des jours! Une douche de piscine présente mais que nous ne pouvons utiliser car une pièce est en commande (nous sommes restés 15 jours et nous n'avons pas vu la couleur de cette pièce), c'est léger pour un mois d'aout! Et l'odeur, les moustiques et les mouches offerts par le centre équestre jouxtant la villa étaient un régal lors de nos repas sur la terrasse de jour comme de soirée! Vous nous direz que nous avons peut-être joué de malchance pour certains aspects. Certes, nous en sommes conscients cependant nous nous attendions à une autre qualité de villégiature et à une réactivité nettement plus importante de la part de ce propriétaire si exigent! Heureusement cela n'a pas entaché notre bonne humeur et nos vacances cependant nous sommes toujours à la recherche des quatre étoiles...
