Charming Apartment in Wappen

  • Beautiful cosy and modern T2 apartment of 63m². It was renovated in 2017 in a building dating from 1850. Its charm is reflected by its exposed stone walls, its listed fireplace and its beautiful Parisian-style parquet floor. Located in the Ecusson de Montpellier (pedestrian historic centre), you will find everything nearby, the Monoprix supermarket (400m), the fabulous Place de la Comédie (500m), the Saint Roch train station (150m), the 4 tram lines (100m) as well as many restaurants.
    The key box is located at the door of the apartment, in the corridor.
    The door of the building is open on weekdays until 7 p.m.
    On weekdays after 7pm as well as on weekends and public holidays I have to ask a person to come to the apartment. It will still be possible to access the apartment but an extra 10€ will be requested when this person comes. You will then have to go and get the keys at her house when you arrive (it's a 5min walk from the apartment).

Lovely Loft

The loft is conveniently located near the train station, transit system, across from a museum, and a block to the old town. The loft was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. It was nice to be able to open the French doors. The bedsheets & towels had a mild smoke smell, but we are not sure if this is common in France.

Appartement très bien situé ., convient pour 2 personnes et non 4 car le canapé d’appoint n’est vraiment pas confortable…la propreté de la cuisine était moyenne mais tout ceci nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour dans cette superbe ville .

Excelente Prestation. The Place to Be

Superbe appartement parfaitement placé à 2 Minute de la Gare, 5 des commerces et de la Place de la Comédie du Quartier piéton Écusson. Cuisine parfaitement équipée, literie de très bonne qualité, propriétaire à l'écoute et arrangeant. Nous louerons à nouveau cet endroit avec un grand plaisir.

Location close to everything

This is a beautifully designed loft apartment with an extremely comfortable bed, almost directly in front of the central train station in the city, the Gare St Roch. Each of the two levels has its own fireplace heater, and the oversized living room windows overlook a park across the street with sculptures and a café. Kevin has outfitted the kitchen with all of the dishes and appliances, large and small (except a kettle?), that you need to feel perfectly at home. As a host, he makes a beautiful space even more beautiful with his attention to calming, meditative decor. He also prepares a sheet of detailed instructions, so that you have everything you need all in one place. He is always available by text to answer any questions that you might have. The Wi-Fi is also excellent. Do make sure you have Wi-Fi access while en route, in order to receive your key codes. At any time, you can stand on your balcony and watch all of the activities of the front of the station with the trams right below you in the street. It is a memorable and enjoyable place.
