The rooms aren't very big, but they have everything you need to be comfortable. The staff is very friendly, especially Maribel; thank you for everything. There's parking inside the building, which is very convenient. It's not in the city center, but it's not too far away.

Place is nice, staff are helpful and kind, the only thing is that it is a bit of a walk to the city centre but the train is near by so that is helpful. Great place for families and people who are staying for longer due to the facilities (kitchen)

excellent what you get for the money

Very friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms, free coffee in the morning even when you have the breakfast not included. 15 minutes foot walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the next tram station. Good wifi connection in the rooms.

Recommend to stay a room with balcony

The location is perfect to visit old and new town. Balcony has an excellent view but surrounded by steel plate unfortunately. It might be better to use transparent acryl plate or tempered glass.

The accommodation is very well equipped, it has everything. Even Nespresso machine and hairdryer. As well as kitchen utensils. If you want to visit Montpellier and surroundings without spending a lot on food, it is a very good option. Next door there is a Carrefour Express and a Lidl. It is a 25-minute walk to the center. But there is public transportation nearby. There are also parking areas if you come with a car.

This is a great little find, especially as use of the car park is only 10 euro. A little out of the centre, easy to find and spacious accommodation. Did not take breakfast but looked reasonable, with free coffee in the morning, if you wanted it. Would happily stay again

The hotel was fine but you were not able to control the heat/AC. The weather outside was very nice, about 20C (68F) but the thermostat was set to 25C (77F). I didn’t have the heat on and I was sweating in the room and it was uncomfortably warm at night that we had trouble sleeping. I even opened the window but the room was still at 25. I told the front desk about it but they didn’t do anything about it.

I received one of the worst welcomes possible from a hotel/accommodation, for someone who has travelled through France for close to 40 years this has to be my worst experience. We arrived later than usual to the hotel due to having to change plans due to the wild fires located on the other side of France, we had car issues on the way, I have a child with a broken hand and myself that had a medical episode a few hours before arriving. Arrived at the hotel to be met with a very rude young girl at reception that was not bothered. Was told parking was full and had to book in advance, didn’t receive email regarding this and was told it was on their website (I booked with Expedia), no help to find parking as it was busy outside, was told just park outside rudely again and told her we are not local and you are your not helpful. She then insulted me in French and thought I didn’t hear or understand. This welcome really spoiled my stay at the hotel and you don’t get to relax and enjoy. I am a lovely person and I don’t want to be unfair with my review, so the room I was in was incredibly clean and immaculate. The next morning I was greeted with a smile and hello from the cleaner who was very helpful to direct me. So at least they employ some decent staff. I spoke to the man at reception and received better assistance and explained it’s better to book directly. But unfortunately I won’t be back. I’m sure people have had better experiences or will when booking this hotel.

Studio conforme à la description. Nos souhaits ont été respectés dont le dernier étage. Parking peu cher à 10 euros les 24h alors que dans la rue 11 euros pour 5 heures soit plus du double. Petit déjeuner trop basique et répétitif, selon nous trop cher à 15 euros. Très proche du centre ville, 15 minutes à pied de la place de la Comédie. Nous recommandons.

Canape lit inconfortable. Quand j ai téléphone la personne m a dit que c etait bien un lit double. A pres de 70 ans tres penible et matelas inconfortable. Sinon studio pas mal équipé mais ustensile beaucoup trop haut pour personne de petite taille et uniquement des tabourets de bar donc dangereux pour acceder en hauteur. Emplacement assez pratique. Tram 3 proche.
