- 1 Living room with a 2-seater sofa, 1 3-seater sofa, 2 poufs, a flat screen TV, 1 dartboard.

. 1 bathroom of 10 m2 with 160 cm Italian shower, a sink, a storage unit, a towel dryer, bath mat.
