"I recently stayed at Arc La Rambla as a solo female traveler and felt very safe throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how kind and attentive all of the staff were. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and they would always acknowledge me with a hello or goodbye when I was coming and going, even if they were helping other guests. It’s a small gesture, but one that really stood out to me when traveling alone. A couple of the amenities in my room had issues when I first arrived, including the lockbox and phone, but staff immediately sent someone up to repair or replace them. I don’t usually have housekeeping come into my room during a stay, but one day I forgot to put the tag on my door. When I returned, everything had been cleaned, the towels were changed, the bed was made, and anything I had left out was neatly placed back in the same spot so it was easy to find. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony area where I could step outside or hang wet clothes to dry. My room faced the neighboring buildings with a partial view of a street going uphill and the hotel’s patio area. I also really appreciated being given a corner room, which offered a little extra privacy as a solo traveler. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Arc La Rambla, especially to other solo travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Barcelona."

"Modern spacious room and bathroom. Big safe. Nice terrace attached to room looking onto interior courtyard. Breakfast was good. NIce neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to subway L3 line which takes you directly to main railway station and many tourist attractions."

"Stayed for one night after a cruise. Excellent location from the cruise port, only a short taxi ride. The hotel allowed us to store our bags when we arrived until the room was available We had a quadruple room which was a good size for us and included 4 very welcome bottles of cold water. The only small thing was that my teenage sons weren’t pleased with the frosted window in the shower that faces into the room. Easily solved by not having all the bathroom area lights on! Supermarket next door and a Lidl round the corner if you want to buy drinks and snacks."
