Completely renovated building, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people for your stay in a friendly atmosphere with family or friends.
You access it through the central courtyard of our farm and you put your suitcases in a space open to the walnut grove and the surrounding nature to the south of all the buildings.
You are completely independent with terrace and above-ground swimming pool. The 10 ha of woods and meadows to the south of the property with its borie and spring are open to you for walking, with access to the surrounding hiking trails.

The cottage is carefully equipped, top-of-the-range, consisting of 4 independent bedrooms with shutters and double blackout curtains, 2 bathrooms with shower, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
On the ground floor, you enter a large living room of 48 m2 organised around the central island of the kitchen open to the living room near the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably.
You then access 2 spacious bedrooms, the fig tree room (double bed of 160x200 which can be split into two single beds) and the walnut room (a large bed of 160x200) opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as a separate toilet complete the set.
The ground floor is accessible by a staircase from the dining room. The landing leads to 2 large attic bedrooms, the plum tree room (160x200 double bed which can be split into two single beds) and the master bedroom of the lime trees (a large bed of 160x200) with its open bathroom equipped with a bathtub. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the set.
For your comfort, we have taken care to equip all our rooms with new hotel bedding. The beds are prepared on arrival with quality bed linen and you will find a set of towels per person.

The Boria cottage is ideally located in a peaceful environment at the foot of a hill less than 500 m as the crow flies from the Lascaux caves, the Neanderthal site of Regourdou and 3 km from the centre of Montignac-Lascaux. In 5 minutes, the city centre will offer you all the shops and restaurants for a pleasant stay.
Located in the Vézère valley, you have quick access to the remarkable sites of the valley, to Sarlat and its surroundings, as well as to the Dordogne valley in less than 40 minutes. The Padirac chasm and the medieval city of Rocamadour in the Lot, located 1h20 drive away, are a possible day trip.
