In the hamlet Gabellino 3.4 km from the centre of Boccheggiano, 15 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, 33 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 05.Jun. - 18.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Shop 3.4 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bicycle rental 10 km, ferry "Piombino" 65 km, sandy beach 33 km, bathing lake "Accesa" 24 km. Marina 40 km, golf course (18 hole) 37 km, riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Giardino dei Suoni 4 km, Abbazia San Galgano 17 km, Siena 55 km. Siamo stati in vacanza per alcuni giorni, con il nostro cagnolone. La casa è attrezzata per trascorrere lunghe giornate, senza farsi mancare nulla. Lo spazio esterno è curato spazioso e completamente recintato, cosa che il nostro cane ha apprezzato. Nei dintorni possibilità di escursioni a contatto con la natura. Siamo stati molto bene

Die Unterkunft war im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit im Wohnzimmer/Küche hätte ein bisschen besser sein dürfen. Das Bett war nicht bequem. Für Familien oder Paare welche gerne an den Strand gehen oder gerne Auswärts essen ist der Standort nicht ideal. Man muss immer mit dem Auto mindestens 20 Minuten fahren für ein gutes Restaurant und sogar 36 min für den Strand. Sonst gut. Vor allem die Umzäunung. Leider fehlte uns der beschriebene Wanderweg.

Sat TV, rin uralt Sony Röhrengerät lässt sich nicht mal einschalten, der Ant- Decoder kann nicht eingeschaltet werden 1 Woche ohne Tv. WLAN ebenfalls Fehlanzeige Am Tor wurden wir von 5 wildfremden Leuten belästigt, u.a. Ob ich für sie Arbeit habe Dann das Hundegejaule in nächster Umgebung bei Nacht, da stimmt was nicht!Keine ausreichenden Läden, supermarkt in Massa Marettima 16 km. Und Serpentinen ,Supermarkt Montieri geschlossen und Pizzeria Boccheggiano Nach 4 Tagen haben wir das Haus verlassen, sowas muss nicht sein

War ein ruhiger entspannter Urlaub im Häuschen. Leider werden auch Buchungen von Gruppen mit Jugendlichen im Haupthaus zugelassen. Das finden wir persönlich nicht so toll, wenn man sich am Pool entspannen möchte. Ansonsten ist der Standard im Haus selber wirklich toll. Nur Fliegengitter hätten wir uns noch gewünscht.

Het huis en alles er in en er omheen is fantastisch. Met zorg ingericht, heerlijke ruimte erbij. Wat echter verschrikkelijk is en echt niet meer van deze tijd is het bed met springveren. Gelukkig was er een stapelbed, zodat we apart konden slapen, maar gezellig is anders.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Es lassen sich zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten- und Sonnenplätze finden. Die Nutzung durch zwei Personen ist aufgrund der Räume ideal, jedoch sollte es auch mit mehr Personen keine Probleme geben. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur italienisch.
