In the hamlet Gabellino 3.4 km from the centre of Boccheggiano, 15 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, 33 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 05.Jun. - 18.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Shop 3.4 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop 1.1 km, ferry "Piombino" 65 km, sandy beach 33 km, bathing lake "Accesa" 24 km. Marina 40 km, golf course (18 hole) 37 km, riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Giardino dei Suoni 4 km, Abbazia San Galgano 17 km, Siena 55 km.
