Geschirr gab es im Überfluß. Das Objekt befand sich in einem guten Zustand, der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Praktisch war eine überdachte Sitzgruppe, die uns insbesondere am Morgen Schatten bot, da die Terrasse zu diesem Zeitpunkt doch sehr sonnig war, was wir beim Frühstück nicht angenehm fanden. Das Haus selbst ist relativ kühl, auch hier machten wir bei anderen Objekten eine gegenteilige Erfahrung, es läßt sich also angenehm schlafen, permanente Lüftung zu später Stunde vorausgesetzt. Die angrenzende Straße stört nicht im geringsten, wenn man von den ab und zu lärmenden Mopeds ohne DB- Killer absieht, doch die fuhren recht selten. Vielmehr ist die Gegend eher ein Eldorado für vor allem italienische Radrennfahrer. Die Grillecke benötigt eine Überholung, der ca. 200m entfernte Pool wurde täglich gereinigt.Das Objekt können wir weiter entfehlen, wer die Fahrerei in Kauf nimmt, denn ein paar Kilometer sind es schon zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie auch der Küste.Wem es in Meeresnähe zu heiß ist, dem sei dieses Objekt empfohlen, wir erlebten einen permantenten Temperaturunterschied von ca. 8-10 Grad, insofern war es dort angenehmer.Ab und an war vom Grundstück aus ein Rudel Wildschweine nebst Frischlingen zu beobachten, viele für uns teilweise recht exotische Vögel landeten auf dem recht großen Grundstück.Die abendliche Stille läßt sich hier gut genießen...Empfehlenswert! ##### Nicole E. La casa è attrezzata per trascorrere lunghe giornate, senza farsi mancare nulla. Lo spazio esterno è curato spazioso e completamente recintato, cosa che il nostro cane ha apprezzato. Nei dintorni possibilità di escursioni a contatto con la natura. Die Sauberkeit im Wohnzimmer/Küche hätte ein bisschen besser sein dürfen. Das Bett war nicht bequem. Für Familien oder Paare welche gerne an den Strand gehen oder gerne Auswärts essen ist der Standort nicht ideal. Man muss immer mit dem Auto mindestens 20 Minuten fahren für ein gutes Restaurant und sogar 36 min für den Strand. Sonst gut. Vor allem die Umzäunung. Ob ich für sie Arbeit habe Dann das Hundegejaule in nächster Umgebung bei Nacht, da stimmt was nicht!Keine ausreichenden Läden, supermarkt in Massa Marettima 16 km. Leider werden auch Buchungen von Gruppen mit Jugendlichen im Haupthaus zugelassen. Das finden wir persönlich nicht so toll, wenn man sich am Pool entspannen möchte. Ansonsten ist der Standard im Haus selber wirklich toll. Met zorg ingericht, heerlijke ruimte erbij. Wat echter verschrikkelijk is en echt niet meer van deze tijd is het bed met springveren. Es lassen sich zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten- und Sonnenplätze finden. Die Nutzung durch zwei Personen ist aufgrund der Räume ideal, jedoch sollte es auch mit mehr Personen keine Probleme geben.
