Casa di Via del Corallo Gerfalco – Charming Apartment in Medieval Village

The apartment is located in the historic center of a small medieval village, about 800 meters above sea level at the entrance to a nature reserve. Here, the air is fresh and clean, the surroundings are quiet, and the nights are starry thanks to the absence of light pollution. Recently renovated, the apartment retains wooden beams, exposed walls, and glimpses of mountain stone. The location is perfect for trekking, biking, reaching the coast, or visiting major art cities.



The space is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and a small room with two single beds. The apartment has heating and an 80-liter boiler for hot water. The décor is rustic, functional, and pleasant. The ground-floor bathroom offers a washing machine and drying rack. The two floors are connected by a beautiful terracotta staircase with a barrel vault, and the entrance opens onto a charming, recently restored alley. The environment stays very quiet and cool during summer.



The apartment and the village are pet-friendly. In the village, there is a bar and a farm restaurant just a few meters away. Guests can rent e-bikes or a hiking guide, book a spot at a beach club on the coast, or arrange a tasting at a local winery, all available for an extra fee. The host is available to connect you or advise you on activities, places, and services in the area.
