I will say the house is quite nice. I love the modern look and the amenities. The location is really good and the neighborhood is pretty good. Entering the house I had a little issue, because the keycode wasn't working. So I had to contact the property managers to update the code so I could get into the house. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. The cleaning crew could do a better job, again not a huge deal, except for the huge dead roach outside the bedroom closet. What I had an issue with, and this was the major issue, I rented this house specifically because it had a pool. When we got there and looked at the pool, it was half full with green algae and crud and dirt in it. The pump/filter tubes were disconnected and laying on the ground. NOWHERE in their description or any correspondence with me did they ever mention the pool wasn't operational and/or unavailable for our use!!! If you're going to mention a pool in your description, make sure there is one there to use, especially when the heat index is 105 degrees!! I was pretty upset about this because like I said I specifically rented this house for the pool, I could have rented another house, in the same area for cheaper but thought this was an awesome feature. This rental company needs to learn to communicate with their customers better or change the description. ##### Karen M.
