Wake up to relaxing water views, splash around in the refreshing community pool, or head out for adventure—we’re just 10 minutes from Margaritaville Lake Conroe! Whether you`re here to lounge by the lake, explore local dining, or soak up the Texas sun, our cheery haven has everything you need for the ultimate getaway. Pack your bags and come make some memories!

    As you enter the home you will have the first bedroom on the left when you walk in with a queen size bed followed by the first bathroom, not ensuite but located right next to the bedroom. Follow the hallway down into the kitchen and living room. The master suite is on the right off the living room with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a lofted space, head up the spiraled staircase to two twin beds. Enjoy water views from the balcony off the living room.

    **There is no washer and dryer onsite**

    You have access to the entire unit

    We are available 24/7 for anything you need!

    - The community pool is gated and located right by the stairs going to the condo.
