    Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

    Security & Monitoring
    For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

    Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

    AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

Old historic

If you want a historical house this is the one. Some updates have been done but not much. The house has a very old historical feeling. House needs a lot of basic touch up needs, but the overall stay was ok. I think some of the pics were deceiving as it made it look very nice but paint was peeling and cob webs on some ceilings. I think for the cleaning fee that is charged it could have been a lot cleaner.

Friendly professional manager but property could use work.

Property manager was excellent but house was not very clean nor maintained well. Could use work, otherwise would be a lovely stay. We would encourage the owners to invest in a fresh coat of paint in all of the rooms and a deep clean for the property.
